Luis is an experienced leader and Senior Project Manager. Ready for any challenge and capable of providing solutions to clients by understanding company process, culture, limitations and ensuring they are followed through to improve overall organization structure.
Luis has a proven track record and methodology in implementation – delivering successful results to high profile clients with high referral rate, coupled with impeccable client management. With a full suite of tools available at his disposal, this makes him successful in his project delivery. Coupled with strong leadership skills, accountability, communication, motivation and a clear and direct approach on how to get things done with effective and efficient results. Full transparency and honesty in all matters – ensuring the root cause of the issue at hand is identified and leading to everyone leaving with a positive view of the issue at hand.
Over the past 10 years, Luis has fined tuned his professional client management and implementation delivery methodology, gained through a diversified set of career opportunities (parks and recreation, Human Capital Management – HCM, finance, casino and gaming, Manufacturing Execution Systems - MES ) has broaden his perspectives and is able to think of solutions that incorporate all parties involved and will yield the best results possible. Luis main focus is on strategic prioritization, open communication and efficient use of cross functional teams.

Scott O'Donnell, Co-Founder
Scott is a Senior Consultant and Implementation Specialist who has worked with CGC inc, Calian Group ltd, OneChange, City of Burlington, and PerfectMind. He has led Implementation Projects for numerous Municipalities across North America.
Over the last 15 years, Scott has worked in the Private, Public, and Nonprofit sectors where he developed a passion for finding modern technologies, processes, and training methods to fix even the most complex business problems. Some of his successful projects include: ERP system implementations, provincial fuel efficiency campaigns, development of corporate on-boarding plans and staff training processes, opening of new recreation facilities, and numerous community projects and events. Throughout his career Scott noticed that the same problems plagued every business no matter the sector, industry, or company size. With a love of analytics, problem solving, and working with people, Scott's mission is to unlock the hidden potential in people and their businesses.
